What is LinkGuard?+
LinkGuard is an affiliate link health monitor. It automatically checks your links for broken URLs, unexpected redirects, slow response times, and other issues that could cost you commissions.
How does link checking work?+
LinkGuard sends HTTP requests to each of your links on a schedule (daily for paid plans, weekly for free). It checks the status code, follows redirects, and measures response time. If anything changes, you get an email alert.
What counts as a "link"?+
Any URL you want to monitor — affiliate links, landing pages, product pages, or any web address. You can add links individually by pasting them, or bulk-import via CSV upload.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period, then you're downgraded to the free plan automatically.
How do email alerts work?+
When LinkGuard detects a status change (e.g., a healthy link becomes broken), it sends you a daily digest email summarizing all new issues. You can enable or disable alerts in Settings.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?+
You can still view and manage your existing links, but you won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade or remove some links. Your existing links continue to be monitored.
